Dr. Nicole Matysiak practices at Specialty Care Clinics in Mesquite, TX. She began her healthcare journey by earning her Doctorate in Chiropractic from Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas, in 2007. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Hardin-Simmons University in 2009. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Samford University in Birmingham, AL in 2011. She is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Dr. Eubanks specializes in the non-operative, operative, and rehabilitative treatment of various conditions of the bones, muscles, tendons, and ligaments of both adults and children. He obtained his medical degree from New Jersey Medical School in Newark, NJ. After medical school, he completed his residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston and his fellowship at Mississippi Sports Medicine. He began his medical career at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center, in Mattoon Illinois. He also served as the Team Orthopedist for Eastern Illinois University, Alcorn State University, Hinds Community College, Charleston High School, Hillcrest Christian School, and was the Assistant Team Physician for the Houston Rodeo and Houston ISD football teams. He’s a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon.
